Yummy!

I have never claimed to be a cook, but I am creative.  So I turned my craving for some Italian into reality.  First I made the LID sauce, which had yellow peppers, onions  with unseasoned ground beef (from Kosher butcher) mixed into Trader Joe’s non salt marinara sauce.  Then I added the Wheat pasta.  I added some Kosher salt and pepper for seasoning and it was good.  It might not have tasted as good on Day 1, 2 or 3, but by Day 9 the smallest amount of flavor is greatly appreciated by the taste buds!
I can get several lunch and dinners from this batch.  I will also add spinach or other veggies to keep it exciting.
