It took a couple months before it was all there. Each week got a little better. The "metallic" taste also went away (Thank Goodness) so there's hope. Hope your taste comes back soon! Had my thyroid removed last week now its time to start the lid. I was really bummed when they told me this because i was ready to get on with my life... Then I came across your blog and its helping me alot. I feel overwelmed by all the websites about lid but coming across yours and seeing your pictures have really helped me Im not a good cook but seeing what you have done I feel alot better so thank you for putting this out there.
